返品について / About Returns
当店では、以下の条件を満たす場合に限り、商品到着日の3日以内にご連絡いただければ返品を承ります。
返品をお受けできる場合：

商品に製造上の不具合または明らかな欠陥がある場合

お届けした商品がご注文内容と異なる場合
返品をお受けできない場合：

お客様都合による返品（カラー・サイズ・イメージ違い等）

商品到着から3日後を過ぎてからの返品連絡

商品タグの取り外し後

使用済み・破損・汚損された商品

タバコや香水等のにおいが付着した商品
-
洗濯・修理・クリーニング・改造された商品

商品ページに「返品・交換不可」と明記されている商品
なお、返品可否に関してご不安な場合は、ご購入前にお気軽にお問い合わせください。
返品手続き / Return Procedure

返品のご連絡：商品発送日より3日以内

返送期限：返品対応メール送信から5日以内

返品送料：当店が負担いたします（上記「返品をお受けできる場合」に限る）
返金方法 / Refund Method
以下のいずれかの方法にて返金いたします：

クレジットカード決済の場合：クレジットカード会社を通じて返金

その他の決済方法：ご指定の口座へ振込にて返金
※振込手数料は、当社都合の返品の場合は当社負担とさせていただきます。
Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns under the following conditions, and only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item:
Eligible for Return:

The item has a manufacturing defect or flaw.

The delivered item differs from what was ordered.
Not Eligible for Return:

Returns due to customer preference (e.g., color, size or appearance not as expected).

Requests made after 3 days of the delivery date.

Items with removed tags.

Items that have been used, damaged, or soiled.

Items with added scents (e.g., tobacco or perfume).

Items that have been washed, altered, repaired, or cleaned.

Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

Return Process

Return Request Deadline: Within 3 days of delivery

Return Shipping Deadline: Within 5 days after receiving our return confirmation email

Return Shipping Fee: Covered by us (for eligible return cases only)
Refund Method

For credit card payments: Refunds will be processed through your credit card provider.

For other payment methods: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your designated account.
※Bank transfer fees will be covered by us if the return is due to our error.
