Please note that cancellations or changes cannot be accepted for items that have been on consignment for less than one month or are currently under negotiation.
Yes, there are a few things you will need to provide. To use our consignment service, please submit the following documents and information:
- A copy of a valid photo ID for identity verification
- Your contact information, such as phone number and email address, which is required for item handling and communication
This process is required under the Antique Dealings Act, just like with direct buyback transactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If the item is a branded product, we accept a wide range of items for consignment—including not only bags, but also fashion accessories, small leather goods, tableware, and interior décor items. However, depending on the item’s condition or type, some products may not be suitable for consignment, such as those that are difficult to preserve or require repairs. In such cases, we will consult with you in advance, so please feel free to contact us first.
In the unlikely event that theft occurs while your item is in our care, we will provide full compensation based on the amount quoted at the time of contract. Damage caused by our handling will also be fully covered.
However, please note that natural wear, aging, or deterioration due to long-term storage is not covered under our compensation policy. We appreciate your understanding.
The time it takes to sell an item may vary depending on market demand, but our goal is to support the sale of your item within 1 to 3 months. We provide full sales support throughout the process to help achieve this.
