Refund policy

About Returns

At our store, we only meet the following conditions to receive the product.Within 3 daysPlease contact us and we will accept returns.

If you can accept returns:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or obvious defect

  • If the product delivered is different from the order

If you cannot accept returns:

  • Returns due to customer's convenience (different colors, sizes, image, etc.)

  • Return notification after 3 days after product arrival

  • After removing the product tag

  • Used, damaged or dirty items

  • Products with odors such as cigarettes and perfumes

  • Washing, repair, cleaning, and modified products

  • Products that have "No returns or exchanges" clearly stated on the product page

Return Procedure

  • Return notice:Within 3 days from the date of delivery

  • Return deadline: From email to email to accept returnsWithin 5 days

  • Return Shipping:Our store will cover the cost(Only for the above "If you can accept returns")

 


 

Refund Method

We will refund you using one of the following methods:

  • For credit card payments:Refunds via credit card company

  • Other payment methods:Refunds by transfer to your specified account

*The transfer fee will be borne by our company in the event of a return due to our own circumstances.

 


 

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions, and only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item:

Eligible for Return:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or flaw.

  • The delivered item differs from what was ordered.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Returns due to customer preference (e.g., color, size or appearance not as expected).

  • Requests made after 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Items with removed tags.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or soiled.

  • Items with added raises (e.g., tobacco or perfume).

  • Items that have been washed, altered, repaired, or cleaned.

  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

Return Process

  • Return Request Deadline: Within 3 days of delivery

  • Return Shipping Deadline: Within 5 days after receiving our return confirmation email

  • Return Shipping Fee: Covered by us (for eligible return cases only)

 


 

Refund Method

  • For credit card payments: Refunds will be processed through your credit card provider.

  • For other payment methods: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your designated account.

*Bank transfer fees will be covered by us if the return is due to our error.
