About Orders

A. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need to update the shipping address or other details, please contact our customer support as soon as possible at reuse@applenet.co.jp.
Shipping Information
A. Orders are usually shipped within one week. If you have a preferred delivery date or need your order urgently, please contact us in advance. Please note that depending on the delivery location and requested time slot, we may not be able to accommodate all date and time requests.
A. Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests depending on availability and delivery conditions.
About the Product
A. Each product page includes a “Condition Rank” (from New to C), along with photos and detailed descriptions.

If you’d like to see the item in person, you can make a reservation to view it directly.
We accommodate in-person viewings at the following office location:

A. Only the accessories listed on the product page are included. Any items not mentioned are not part of the sale.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the following conditions are met:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or obvious flaw
- The delivered item is different from your order (e.g., wrong color, size, or item)
Since all of our products are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept exchanges.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, size or image mismatch, or if the item has been used, had tags removed, carries odors such as perfume or smoke, or has been washed or repaired.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Refunds will be issued either via your credit card provider or through a bank transfer to your designated account. (If the return is due to our error, we will also cover the transfer fee.)
